I photographed the Gossamer Albatross II at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Wash.
The Albatross II on display at the Museum of Flight was built as a backup to the record-breaking Gossamer Albatross aircraft that Paul MacCready won his second Kremer Prize for human-powered flight across the English Channel in 1979.
