Hawker Hurricane examples from the Imperial War Museum at Duxford, and the RAF Museum in London were taken during a visit to England in 2008 (along with a return to Duxford in 2019). A pristine example was also visited several times at Paine Field and the Flying Heritage Collection in Everett, Wash. I also photographed Hurricanes on both sides of the country — at the Udvar-Hazy facility in Washington DC, and at the Pima Air Museum in Tucson, and at the NMoUSAF in Dayton, Ohio. A Canada-registered example performed during AirVenture 2024 in OshKosh.
