After years and years of “someday” dream talk, 2024 was the year it really happened. It was my first time attending AirVenture in Oshkosh… and it did not disappoint! Of course it was wall-to-wall aircraft and I have diligently separated and organized several thousand photos by plane type and researched the specific airframes to get them to their respective pages. This “catch-all” page features some of the miscellaneous activities and memories from that fantastic week in Wisconsin. It may have been my first foray to Oshkosh, but it won’t be my last!

Oshkosh 2024 Twilight Show
The Wednesday-night Twilight Show included the Titan Aerobatic Team, the Beech 18 “Magic by Moonlight”, the well-lit plane above, a glider and what looks like it might have been one of the Rutan Long-EZ. The Wednesday-evening show wrapped up with an impressive drone demonstration and fireworks display.
