I photographed the Apollo Lunar Module #2 being prepared for a new display along with the Apollo 11 capsule at the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum. The Evergreen Museum had a nice exhibit featuring a Lunar Module and a Lunar Rover Vehicle. Other excellent examples were at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Pensacola, Chicago and the Johnson Space Center in Houston.
Houston also displayed a Lunar Module Cockpit Trainer that astronauts, flight control, engineers and technicians used to familiarize with the Apollo Lunar Module.
