I photographed this Monnett Monex in the EAA museum at Oshkosh during a trip for the 2024 EAA AirVenture.
The Monnett Moni is a lightweight, single-place motor glider intended for inexpensive sport flying and thermal soaring. In contrast, the Monnett Monex is a high-speed, aerobatic sport aircraft built for sport piloting and performance.
