I photographed this SR-71 Technical Objective Camera (TEOC) Camera at the Frontiers of Flight in Dallas. The SR-71 Blackbird could carry two of these cameras, each supplied by a 1500-ft roll of film. They could provide high-resolution images from an altitude of 80,000 feet showing objects on the ground as small as six inches across.
