I photographed this Multiple All Up Round Canister (MAC) in the Submarine Museum at Pearl Harbor
Prototype was installed on the USS Florida (SSBN 728) to adapt a Trident Missile tube to launch Tomahawk Cruise Missiles. The prototype MAC could carry three missiles, but production canisters used on four Ohio-class submarines converted to Guided Missile Submarine (SSGN) could carry up to seven.
