I photographed these B-19 Wheel examples at Hill AFB and the National Museum of the USAF. I’ll admit that it took a bit to realize what I was looking at — the wheel from the giant XB-19 bomber. The thing is definitely huge and it is hard to fathom how large the plane that used this wheel must have been.
