I photographed this Russian Simonov PTRS-41 14.5mm Anti Tank Rifle at the Virginia War Museum; Newport News VA
The PTRS-41 Anti Tank Rifle is semi-automatic, while the lighter PTRD-41 Anti Tank Rifle is a single shot weapon. Both rifles fire the same powerful 14.5×114 mm armor-piercing cartridge and deliver similar ballistic performance.
