I photographed this British L118 105mm Light Howitzer stationed as the One O’Clock Gun, fired daily from the rampart at Edinburgh castle so sailors could set their timepieces before embarking on a voyage.
The former One O’Clock Gun was 25-pound Field Gun that was on display nearby.
