I photographed these Singer KU2N-1 Gorgon IIA air-to-air missile examples at Udvar-Hazy and the Evergreen Museum in McMinnville, OR.
The Gorgon project was ordered from Singer Manufacturing (noted maker of sewing machines) and the Gorgon II-A, claimed as the U.S.’s first liquid-fuel, rocket-powered guided missile.
