I photographed this BDU-38 practice bomb at the South Dakota Air Museum outside Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, SD.
Signage at the Tillamook Museum says their MKSS Practice Bomb (Model O) has a capacity of 38 gallons, and appears to be very similar to the BDU-38 to the point I believe they may be the same thing.
