I took photos of these T-33 / TV-2 Shooting Star examples in Arizona, California, Ohio, Washington DC, Oregon, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia, Texas and at the IWM Duxford in England.
The example in Tucson was used in the movie “Jet Pilot” starring John Wayne and Janet Leigh. The example at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford actually is a French Air Force veteran painted in USAF markings. The NMoUSAF has one of the special NT-33A versions.
The Canadian-built version CT-133 Silver Star is on a separate page.
