OV-10 Bronco (multiple)

Here are some photos I took of the North American Rockwell OV-10 Bronco examples on display at Pima, Oshkosh, Robins AFB, NAS Pensacola, Fort Worth and the NMoUSAF.

OV-10 Bronco 155472 “Black Pony 107”

Memorial to Lieutenant Pete Russell, who was killed in this very plane during an assistance mission along the Cai Lon River on May 25, 1969. When pilot Russell was hit by a 7.62 millimeter round, Lieutenant (junior grade) Jeff Johnson the rear seat, assumed control and flew the Bronco back to Binh Thuy at full throttle, not learning that Russell had been killed until after landing.
