Here are some photos I took of the Boeing C-97G 52-2626 Stratofreighter on display at the Pima Air Museum in Tucson, Ariz., during a visit in the spring of 2017. The C-97 and its Boeing 377 civilian cousin were also the basis of the huge Boeing 377-SG Super Guppy and Boeing 377MG Mini Guppy transport planes. It’s not hard to see the lineage back to the B-29 Superfortress.
