Here are some photos I took of the Hawker Siddeley Kestrel examples on display at Pima, Hampton Air Power Park, Virginia Air&Space and the NMoUSAF. The Kestrel is the experimental and development aircraft that led to Britain’s Hawker Siddeley Harrier, and the US version AV-8A Harrier.
Nine Kestrel prototypes were built, with the project funded jointly by the UK, the United States, and West Germany.
