“Marine One” is the official call sign for any US Marine Corps helicopter carrying the President.
The VH-92A Patriot is the newest addition (completed in 2024) to the Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) fleet, serving as the highly secure and capable successor to the older helicopters assigned to carry the Commander-in-Chief.
