I photographed this STA Shuttle Training Aircraft at the Evergreen Museum in McMinnville, OR. It is one of four Gulfstream II aircraft specially modified by Grumman to simulate landing in a Space Shuttle. They were also used to assess weather conditions prior to Shuttle launches and landings.
