I photographed this North American Sabreliner 50 flight-test aircraft at the Evergreen Museum in McMinnville, OR. This plane was modified with interchangeable nose radomes which allowed for various radar test equipment like the MultiScan Threat Detection System and TCAS II Traffic Collision Avoidance System.
The military version of the Sabreliner was designated the T-39 Sabreliner sued by the US Air Force.
