PT-19 / M-62 Cornell (multiple)

I photographed these late-’30s – early-’40s vintage Fairchild PT-19 Cornell trainers at the Evergreen Aviation Museum in Oregon, and at the Pima Air Museum in Tucson. The PT-19 Cornell had an open cockpit, but was later fitted with a canopy as the PT-26 Cornell. The radial-powered version was produced as the PT-23 Cornell.
