I photographed these Grumman S-2E Tracker examples, including one on the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point in Charleston, SC. during the 447th BG reunion in 2013. During a visit to the Arlington airport in search of their Naval Air Museum, I discovered that all the remains of the museum is a derelict 1955 S2F-1 Tracker that had once been stationed to the USS Wasp. The Pima Air Museum also had a nice Tracker example in their impressive collection. The Grumman C-1 Trader is a carrier onboard delivery (COD) variant of the S-2 Tracker.
